Meeting called to order at 2:02PM

According to Kristy Boule, there will be a truncated version of Festival of Trees Discussion of when the library will be closed during the Thanksgiving Holiday: Cindy polled other small libraries like Tuttle: 56% closed Thursday and Friday 21% closed Thursday, Friday and Saturday 22% closed only Thursday After considerable discussion, Steven moved that the library director explore whether she can get two staff members to work on Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. If not, the library will be closed both Friday and Saturday. Nancy seconded and the motion passed. Steven moved that the Trustees appropriate no more than $200 for the staff/trustees retreat. Nancy seconded and the motion carried. Steven moved to adjourn at 2:32PM and Nancy seconded. The motion passed. Submitted on 10/15/22 by Nancy Blair
