Phones: 4 new digital phones will need a firewall because they will be connected to the internet. Rick will research the costs

YA/Merrifield
Motion: Steve moved that the board allocates 500.00 to acquire paint to paint the Merrifield and YA rooms.

Motion: Nancy moved that the board authorize up to 250.00 to replace the outside light at the front entrance

Commemorative bricks: There will be one last opportunity to submit new orders in the spring.
