• Call to Order at 3:00PM
• Roll call , Rick Wood, Stephen Ullman, Susan Bartlett, Cindy Jewett, Nancy Blair

• Approval of agenda
Due to extenuating circumstances base on winter storm and deadline for
sponsorship, A special meeting was called and held virtually.
Motion by Stephen, 2nd by Susan, Trustees/Library to Sponsoring a 8th Grader Trip to Washington DC, $900, approved 4-0
- Post event Programs suggestions: (Stephen)
- Talk by 3-4 students about their experiences
- Talk with Marianne Cullinane, one of the organizers and colleagues about overall program and goals, Ellen Kidd , trip coordinator, programing ideas. Interchanging of ideas.
- A program around Library resources related to Civics topic centered around Washington Trip and evolution of Democracy.
- Digital capture experiences and run on loop at the library.
- Motion by Stephen, 2nd by Susan, Purchase of a Firewall required for the new phones but also adds additional security for staff/patron systems. $900 approved, 4-0
- Naming of Officers for 2023 due to resignation of Diane Kendall before town voting.

Bank Signature. Need to remove Diane and add Susan as signator
