Library Trustees Meeting Via Zoom Technology
Minutes for April 11, 2023 Meeting

Present: Susan Bartlett, Nancy Blair, Steve Ullman, Jennifer Adams, Jenine Rubin
(In light of travel by several Library Trustees, the Trustees decided to meet via Zoom)

A.    Chair Bartlett called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

B.    This meeting was the first for Trustee Jennifer Adams and Alternate Trustee Jenine Rubin.   Members of the Trustees welcomed them both and  thanked them for their willingness to serve.

C.     Susan proposed an agenda which was subsequently amended to include discussion of the GBS Washington Trip and the naming of Jenine Rubin as  our official Alternate.  Jennifer moved, Nancy seconded approval of the revised agenda.  Adopted unanimously.

D.    Nancy moved and Jennifer seconded adoption of the Minutes for March 28, 2023.  Adopted unanimously.

E.     The Trustees examined the Treasurer’s Report and prepared questions for Treasurer Wood when he returns from South Carolina. 

F.     We next examined the Director’s Report as reported to us by Chair Bartlett.

G.    Friends of the Library – the next meeting is May 10th at 6:30 p.m. at the Library.

H.    Nancy moved and Jennifer seconded a motion to appoint Jenine Rubin as an alternate Trustee.  Adopted unanimously.

I.      Jennifer reminded us of the Community Fair at Town Hall on Saturday, June 3rd at Town Hall.

J.      Next meeting: May 9, 2023

K.     Nancy moved and Jennifer seconded a motion to adjourn.  Adopted unanimously.
