Meeting Minutes
October 9, 2018

Present: Trustees: Shelly Connolly, Ron Haggett, Steve Ullman, and Margie Warner; Cindy Jewett, Library Director

Shelly moved and Ron seconded acceptance of the agenda.  Adopted unanimously.

Steve moved and Ron seconded a motion to accept the September Minutes.   Adopted unanimously.

Shelly presented the Treasurer’s Report.   The Trustees appreciate recent contributions.

Cindy delivered the Director’s report.  The circulation and use of the database statistics are impressive.  The new software has facilitated procedures by all staff members.   Substantial numbers of homeschoolers have recently been availing themselves of Library services.  

The Antrim Historical Society will be sponsoring a talk on October 21st at 3 p.m. by Robert Perrault on the Franco-American history of New Hampshire.

The Board discussed library behavior policies.

The Library will be cooperating with the Festival of Trees Committee.  The Library will be marking which doors are appropriate for entry.            

Shelly moved and Ron seconded a motion to adjourn.  Adopted unanimously.
