Updates for Gregg Lake Beach Park Project

An image of whimsical fish painted on wooden boards.

The warm weather that has prevented us from having safe ice has provided good days for us to get to work on our renovations at Gregg Lake Beach Park.

It has been a week with some real nostalgia, as we have undertaken the removal of the existing structure, which was constructed in the late 1960's.

The hard work completed this week by members ot the Antrim Highway Department has been efficient, safe and a very valuable component of the match in-kind required for the grant we received to fund the renovation.

We are looking forward to the next step of rebuilding!

We have preserved the interior panels of the building, which have the colorful fish scenes that have been enjoyed by generations, and are working on good plans for them in the park.
