Letter of Trespass

Letters of Trespass can now be downloaded from this page or picked up from the police department. 

Directions:

• Fill out two (2) copies of the trespass notice using the provided form.
• Send one (1) copy of the trespass notice to the person to be trespassed via certified mail, with a return receipt requested.
• Provide the original trespass notice to the Antrim Police Department along with the USPS return receipt for delivery via certified mail
• A copy of the original will be provided to you upon the turning in of the notice to the police department.

If the Unwanted person returns to the property, after having been served with the trespass notice, they will be subjected to arrest for Criminal Trespass under New Hampshire Law, RSA 635:2.
